Expertise

Excellence in Design has been Farzad’s driving motivation as he oversees every project from the early preliminary stages through design completion.

Farzad’s design expertise encompasses a variety of HVAC systems and styles, along with piping and hydronic systems designs for a wide and diverse variety of facilities. He is also adept with the design and operation of plumbing systems, energy conservation studies, fire sprinkler design, and field reports. As a LEED® Accredited Professional registered with the US Green Building Council (USGBC), he has a strong background in designing LEED® accredited buildings and is currently designing several LEED® projects throughout California. Furthermore, Farzad is a licensed Commissioning Authority (CxA) and member of the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). He has developed a comprehensive approach to Building Commissioning and is committed to ensure that building systems are installed and perform in accordance with design criteria.

Duties

As the Chief Engineer and Founding Principal of T-Squared Professional Engineers, Inc., Farzad Tadayon has almost thirty years of experience in the engineering community. He maintains a high level of quality in design as well as a strong desire for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is exemplified through his desire for great customer service, attention to detail, and internal quality control. His diverse background and strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems has allowed him the ability to deliver design excellence and added value to client projects with a high level of client satisfaction.

Personal Note:

Farzad lives in Carlsbad, CA, with his wife and their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and training in the art of Iaido (Japanese Sword Fighting).
